Evviva Remodeling was started in 2017 with a simple observation: Kansas City homeowners were tired of contractors who overpromise, arrive late, leave dusty footprints, and disappear when questions come up.

We set out to run a different kind of jobsite. Headquartered in Shawnee and working across the entire KC Metro, our crew brings together master carpentry, licensed trade specialists, and hands-on project oversight under one roof.

When you hire Evviva, you’re not dealing with an anonymous broker or a distant franchise. You get direct communication, honest local craftsmen who take pride in their work, and a finished space built to stand up to real family life.
